FOR INDEPENDENT GYMS AND STUDIOS
A gym CRM for the owner who coaches three classes a day.
You coach, and somebody still has to answer the leads. NexaCloser replies to each new inquiry in your words, gets the intro on the calendar and reminds them to show up, so the conversation happens in the room, where you are good at it. It leaves your billing and class software where they are. No barrage, no bots, no annual contract.
30 יום חינם. נדרש כרטיס, 0$ היום. לאחר מכן 97$ לחודש אלא אם ביטלתם.
כאשר
New inquiry
- 1
A reply from you with the intro link

- 3
No answer: a reminder for you to text them yourself

They book: everything stops
Follow up like you would in person
FIRST, THIS
Nobody quits a gym where someone noticed they were gone.
You know your members by name. You know who is chasing a first pull-up and who has a bad knee. That is why they stay for years.
The front door is harder. Someone fills in a form at night, you coach at six, and by the time you get to it the feeling has faded. You are not going to barrage people with texts, and you do not want a robot doing it for you either.
So this sends the two or three messages you would send yourself if you had the hour, and then hands it back to you. The sale still happens in the room.
WHERE IT SLIPS
You wear every hat. This one keeps falling off.
Names in a spreadsheet
The list of inquiries lives in a sheet that only works if somebody updates it. Nobody has since Tuesday.
The intro that did not show
They were excited when they booked. Nobody reminded them, and their week got in the way.
They stopped coming and nobody said anything
After 75 members it gets blurry who has not been in. By the time you notice, they have cancelled.
HOW IT WORKS IN YOUR GYM
It gets them into the room. You do the rest.
Two or three messages, the way you would send them
Each new inquiry gets a reply in your words with the intro link, a nudge the next morning, and then a reminder for you to reach out yourself. There is no twelve-step sequence. During a trial, one check-in asks how the first class felt.
- Messages you wrote, and not many of them
- It waits until morning; nobody gets a text at midnight
- It stops the moment they book or reply

New memberIntros on the calendar, with a reminder that gets them there
They pick an intro time from your link. They get a confirmation and a reminder the evening before with what to bring, and you see their name and their goal before they walk in.
- A booking page for intros and consults
- Reminders by text, WhatsApp or email
- Their answers to your questions, before you meet

- Confirmation sent
- Reminder: Fri 6:00 pm
- Goal: get stronger, old knee injury
A text when they go quiet, from you, by name
When you or a coach notice someone has been missing, tag them and a short note goes out from you: missed you this week, everything OK? Their answer comes back to your inbox, on their record, and the conversation is yours. NexaCloser does not see your check-ins, so the noticing stays with you.
- A note from you, by name, never a blast
- Texts, WhatsApp and email in one inbox
- It sits next to your member software, which stays where it is
Hey Diego, it is Jay. Missed you in class this week. Everything OK?
Written by youWork has been nuts. Back Monday, I promise.
Good. I will save you a spot at 6.
ALSO INCLUDED
Who is where
New inquiry, intro booked, on trial, member. One board in place of the spreadsheet.
Your ads
If you run Facebook ads, each form fill arrives with the ad it came from, so you can see which ad brought people who fit your gym.
A page for your intro
A simple page that explains your intro session, with a form. No free-week giveaway required.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT GET
No barrage, no bots, no annual contract.
No barrage
Two or three messages you wrote, then it is yours. Nothing here will drive a good person away.
No bot coaching your members
Every message is one you wrote. The AI agent in the product stays off unless you turn it on.
No annual contract
Month to month, $97 for the gym, every coach included. Nothing auto-renews for a year. The price is on the pricing page.
Not your billing or class software
Keep whatever runs your memberships and your schedule. This fixes the front door.
ONE MEMBER, START TO FINISH
From an inquiry to a member who stays.
Someone asks
A form comes in at night, from your site or your ad.
They hear from you
In the morning, a text in your words with a link to book an intro.
They show up
Booked for Saturday, reminded on Friday. You know their name and their goal.
You do your part
The conversation happens in the room. If they go quiet in week three, a note from you goes out.
שאלות
What another owner would ask
Does it replace PushPress, Mindbody or Zen Planner?
No. Memberships, dues, class rosters and door access stay where they are. NexaCloser is the front door: inquiries, intro bookings, trial follow-up and the note to someone who went quiet.
Will it spam the people who inquire?
No. It sends the two or three messages you wrote, waits until morning to send them, and stops when they book or reply. After that it reminds you, and you take it from there.
Can it tell me who stopped coming?
No. It does not see your check-ins. You or a coach tag a member who has been missing, and the note goes out from you.
We are a yoga or pilates studio.
Same tools, your words. You write the messages, so they say students and teachers, or clients and instructors, the way your studio does.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, $97 for the gym however many coaches you add. Texts are billed as you use them. The first 30 days are free: card needed, $0 today, and you pay nothing if you cancel before day 30.
