FOR OWNERS OF CLEANING BUSINESSES
A CRM for a cleaning business: one text back, one follow-up, no chasing.
Show up when you said. Charge what you said. That is the job, and you already do it. NexaCloser handles the texts in between: the quote request that came in on your third house, the reminder the night before, the deposit on a first clean, the offer to go every other week. Your clients just get texts. There is no app to download.

The night-before text, sent for you
FIRST, THIS
The price is the price.
You do hard work in other people's homes and you do it well. You are not going to beg, haggle or wear anybody down to get them on your books, and you should not have to.
Ghosting comes with the territory. So do the people who ask for a quote and vanish. What you can fix is the part that eats your evenings: answering the same messages over and over, texting everybody the night before, remembering who you offered every other week to.
This is not a system for scaling to six figures. We are a software company, and this is the plain version: your texts, sent on time, in your words, so your evenings are yours.
WHAT EATS YOUR EVENINGS
The cleaning is the easy part. It is the texting.
The same message, over and over
How much for a three-bedroom? Do you bring supplies? Are you insured? You answer it on your break, and again at night.
Less than a day of notice
A client cancels when you are a block from the house. That is a day of pay gone, and there was no policy in front of her when she booked.
The deep clean that never went recurring
It went great. Nobody brought up every other week while the house still looked that good.
HOW IT WORKS IN YOUR BUSINESS
Your texts, sent on time.
A quote request that tells you whether she is your client
A short form on your site or your Facebook page asks what you always ask: bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, one-time or recurring, when. She gets a text straight away so she knows you got it. You see the answers before you spend an evening, or a walkthrough, on someone who was only shopping the price.
- The questions you always ask, asked for you
- A text back so she knows you got it
- Decide who gets a walkthrough before you drive over
Hi Emily, this is Dana at Sparkle Home. I got your request for a deep clean. I am on a job now and will text your price by tonight.
Your saved textA deep clean for 3 bed, 2 bath with one dog is $290. I have Friday 9 to 11 open.
Friday works. The dog is friendly.
A deposit on the first clean. After that, they know your work.
New clients book the first clean or the walkthrough from a link and leave a deposit to hold it. Your cancellation policy is right there when they book. The night before, the reminder goes out with the arrival window, so you are not texting everybody from the couch.
- A deposit on the first clean, through your own Stripe or PayPal
- Your cancellation policy on the booking page and in the reminder
- Night-before reminders, sent for you

Weekly, key on file
WeeklyOne follow-up on a quote. One offer to go recurring.
A quote with no answer gets one polite nudge two days later, and that is it. You are not going to wear anybody down. When a first clean is marked done, the client gets your offer for weekly or every other week, while the house still looks that good.
- One nudge, then it stops
- The recurring offer, sent the day after the first clean
- A thank-you with your review link, because most clients will not think of it

Client notes
The house, the pets, the gate code, how they like things done. Notes your cleaners can see before they walk in.
One thread per client
Texts, WhatsApp and email with a client in one place. A reschedule never gets lost in somebody's phone.
Missed calls
A text back when a call comes in and you have gloves on.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
No app, no chasing, no big promises.
No app for your clients
They get normal texts and a link. There is nothing for them to download.
No chasing
One follow-up, in your words. They want your services or they do not.
No six-figure promises
It will not find you clients. It keeps the ones who asked from slipping, and it gives you your evenings back.
No contract
Month to month. $97 for the business, whether it is you alone or a team of fifteen. Texts are billed as you use them.
ONE CLIENT, START TO FINISH
From one deep clean to every other week.
She asks for a quote
Three bedrooms, two baths, one dog. She gets a text that you have it.
You quote, once
You send the price from the same thread. If she is quiet, one polite nudge goes out two days later.
First clean, deposit paid
She books Friday and leaves the deposit. The reminder goes out Thursday evening with the window.
She goes every other week
The day after, your offer goes out. She says yes, and she is on your books.
שאלות
Straight answers
Does it schedule my cleaners or do payroll?
No. There is no crew routing, time clock or payroll. It covers the client side: quote requests, quotes, first cleans, reminders, notes and the offer to go recurring. Plenty of owners run it next to a simple calendar.
I am solo with full books. Do I need this?
Honestly, maybe not. If Google Calendar and your phone are working, keep them. This earns its keep when quote requests come in faster than you can answer them, or when you have a team who needs the client notes.
Do my clients need an app?
No. They get ordinary texts and a booking link. Texting works just fine, so that is what this uses.
Can I take a deposit and charge for a late cancel?
You can take a deposit or the full amount when they book, through your own Stripe or PayPal account. For a late cancel you can send a fee request when your policy calls for one. It is not charged automatically.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, $97 for the business. Texts are billed as you use them. The first 30 days are free: card needed, $0 today, and you pay nothing if you cancel before day 30.
