FOR HVAC, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL SHOPS
A home service CRM for the shop that runs on word of mouth.
You cannot answer the phone from an attic, and you should not be doing paperwork till ten. NexaCloser texts the customer back in your name, keeps the calls, texts and quotes in one place for you and the office, and sends the reminders. No leads to buy. No contract. No salesman calling you.
30 дней бесплатно. Нужна карта, $0 сегодня. Затем $97 в месяц, если не отмените.

No heat. Furnace is about 15 years old. 41 Birch St.
While you are on a job
FIRST, THIS
Good work. Fair price. Show up when you said.
That is the whole business, and you built it without buying a single lead.
The part that grinds you down is not the work. It is the phone at dinner, the voicemail you deal with later, the phone tag to get job details, and the paperwork after the kids are asleep.
This does not turn you into a salesman and it does not put a robot on your phone. It handles the back-and-forth around the job, so the customer hears from you and you get your evening.
WHAT GRINDS YOU DOWN
It is not the work. It is the phone.
Calls mid-job
You let it go to voicemail and deal with it later. Later turns out to be 8:30 at night.
Phone tag for job details
Three texts and two calls to find out it is a water heater, it is in the garage and they are home after four.
The quote you sent and forgot
You wrote it Monday and you have been in crawl spaces since. Nobody has asked them whether they have questions.
HOW IT WORKS IN YOUR SHOP
The back-and-forth around the job, handled.
They called. You were on a job. They get a text from you.
When a call to your number goes unanswered, the customer gets a text in your name: got your call, I am on a job, what is going on and what is the address? Their answer is waiting when you climb down, and you call back already knowing what it is.
- A text in your words, not a robot on the line
- Their reply shows up where you and the office both see it
- Every call logged on the customer
Mike here from Mike's Heating. Got your call, I am on a job. What is going on, and what is the address?
Your saved textNo heat. Furnace is about 15 years old. 41 Birch St.
On it. I can be there first thing tomorrow, 8 to 10. I will call you in twenty minutes.
The quote gets one follow-up. You do not have to remember it.
Mark a quote as sent, and two days later the customer gets a short note: any questions on the quote? If they answer, it stops and it is yours. Tune-up reminders go out the same way before the season, to the customers you have already done good work for.
- One follow-up with a reason, then it is yours
- Tune-up reminders before the first cold snap
- Past customers first. They are the best calls you get.

The call comes in
You are in an attic and it rings out.
They hear from you
A text in your name asks what is going on. They answer: no heat, the furnace is 15 years old.
On the schedule
You call back from the truck, book the morning window, and they get a reminder.
Done and paid
Job done, paid on the spot through your Stripe. Next fall they get the tune-up reminder.
ВОПРОСЫ
Fair questions
Is this dispatch or field service software?
No. There is no routing, GPS, truck stock or job costing. It covers the customer side: the call you missed, the visit on the schedule, the quote, the payment and the reminder next season.
Is an AI going to answer my phone?
No. Nobody talks to a machine. When you miss a call the customer gets a text you wrote, in your name, and you take it from there. There is an AI agent for WhatsApp in the product. It is off unless you turn it on.
Do I have to change my number?
The text-back works on your NexaCloser number. Most shops forward their line to it or put it on the trucks. In the US the number needs 10DLC registration before it can text.
I already use Housecall Pro or Jobber.
If it works, keep it. Some shops run NexaCloser next to it for the customer messages, the quote follow-up and the reminders. A shop on paper and QuickBooks can run the whole customer side here and keep QuickBooks for the books.
What does it cost with my guys?
$97 a month for the shop, however many techs and office people you add. Month to month, no contract. Texts and calls are billed as you use them. The first 30 days are free: card needed, $0 today.
