FOR INDEPENDENT COACHES
A CRM for coaches who want the back end to feel as professional as the coaching.
Scheduling on your calendar, an agreement they have to figure out how to sign, a spreadsheet, a PayPal request. None of it feels professional. NexaCloser puts the discovery call, the coaching agreement, the payment and the reminders in one place, so a referral can book, sign and pay without the back-and-forth. Automate the admin, not the relationship.
30 days free. Card needed, $0 today. Then $97 a month unless you cancel.

FIRST, THIS
Just coach.
You are good at what you do, and most of your clients found you because someone they trust said your name. You are not going to rage-bait, fake urgency or ask for a card on a call. Good.
What you want is smaller than what everyone is selling you. You want a potential client to book a discovery call, get a reminder and, if you are a good fit, sign the agreement and pay, without you emailing a PDF and chasing it.
That is the back end. It should take an afternoon to set up and then stay out of the way.
WHAT FEELS UNPROFESSIONAL
The coaching is solid. The setup is held together with email.
Calendar, PDF, spreadsheet, PayPal
Every new client means the same routine: find a time by email, send an agreement they have to print or figure out, log it in a sheet, request the payment. You feel unprofessional every time.
The discovery call cancelled last second
You blocked the hour and prepared. Nobody reminded them, and it slipped their mind.
"I need to think about it"
They agreed it was valuable. It was just not something they could move on now. You will not pressure them, so the follow-up never gets written.
HOW IT WORKS IN YOUR PRACTICE
Automate the admin, not the relationship.
A discovery call they can book, with a few questions first
One link. A potential client picks a time that suits you both and answers the two or three questions you want answered before you talk. They get a confirmation and reminders, and the call can run in the built-in video room.
- A booking page with your own questions
- Reminders the day before and an hour before
- A video room included, with a recording if you want one
Discovery call
Mon, 3:00 pm
- 3 answers received
- Reminder: Sun 3:00 pm
- Reminder: Mon 2:00 pm, video link inside
The coaching agreement signed online, the package paid by card
If you are a good fit, send the coaching agreement from their record. They sign it online, with nothing to print and nothing to send back. Payment for the package goes through your own Stripe account. Who signed, who paid and how the conversation went are all on one page.
- Agreements signed online, with a reminder if it sits
- Packages paid through your own Stripe or PayPal
- One record per client: the call, the agreement, the payment, your notes
Grace, thank you for today. I think we are a good fit. The coaching agreement for the 3-month package is attached. You can sign it online.
Hi Grace, a quick note in case the agreement got buried. No rush at all. I am happy to answer anything first.
Written by you, sent on timeThank you for not pushing. I am in. Could we start in March?
March it is. I have updated the start date. Same link.
A workshop that leads to a conversation, not a pitch
Run a live workshop, or put a recorded one on a schedule. Everyone who signs up is on your list, with where they came from. Afterwards the people who came get your discovery call link, and the people who missed it get the next date.
- Live and recorded workshops, 100 live seats included
- A simple sign-up page, no separate page builder
- One follow-up, in your words
When

ALSO INCLUDED
A gentle follow-up
When someone needs to think about it, one note goes out a week later, in your words, with no deadline in it.
One inbox
Email, WhatsApp and texts with each client in one thread, next to their sessions and agreement.
Your newsletter
Email the people who signed up to hear from you, with a clear unsubscribe in every one.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO
The back end for the way you already work.
No funnel course
We are not going to teach you to close. This is the back end for a practice built on referrals and good fit.
No AI writing to your clients
Reminders and admin go out in words you wrote. The AI agent in the product stays off unless you turn it on.
No teaser pricing
$97 a month, month to month, the same whether you have 4 clients or 22. There is no per-client fee.
Not five tools
Booking, agreement, payment, workshop and inbox are in one login. Keep any tool you love and move over one piece at a time.
ONE CLIENT, START TO FINISH
From a referral to a signed client.
A referral reaches out
A past client gave them your name. They land on your page and see one clear link.
They book a discovery call
They pick Monday at 3 and answer your three questions. A reminder goes out on Sunday.
You are a good fit
You send the coaching agreement from their record. If they need to think, one note goes out a week later.
They sign and pay
Signed online, package paid by card. The first session is on both calendars.
QUESTIONS
Honest answers
Can it replace my calendar link, my contract tool and my payment requests?
Yes. Booking pages, agreements signed online, payments through your own Stripe or PayPal, workshops and an inbox are in one account, so a client is one record from the first call to the last session. If you love one of your current tools, keep it and move over a piece at a time.
Will it message my clients on its own?
Only the reminders and follow-ups you wrote, on the timing you set. It stops when they reply. The AI agent in the product stays off unless you turn it on.
Can I run a group program or a course?
Yes. Courses is a module you can switch on: lessons released on a schedule, a student area and paid checkout. Workshops run live or recorded.
I am a consultant, not a coach.
The same pieces work: an intro call, a proposal or agreement signed online, payment, follow-up. We wrote this page in coaching words because coaches are who we have heard from most.
What does it cost?
$97 a month, month to month, for a practice of one or a small team. There is no per-client fee. Texts and calls are billed as you use them. The first 30 days are free: card needed, $0 today, and you pay nothing if you cancel before day 30.
